Försvarskompetens is a Swedish recruitment partner working with talent supply for the defence industry. Our clients are manufacturers, system suppliers, technology consultants and subcontractors in defence, aerospace, marine and security.
Good to know
We recruit for the defence industry – civilian employments with companies. We do not recruit for the Swedish Armed Forces and handle neither basic military training, officer training nor conscription. If you are looking for a military career, we refer you to the Armed Forces' own recruitment.
The company is run by people with their own background in manufacturing industry and technical recruitment. That means we can read a requirements profile for real: the difference between series production and prototype builds, what a quality engineer in a regulated environment actually does, and which certifications are decisive.
We work long-term, with few assignments at a time and full transparency towards both candidate and employer. All processes are handled with discretion – many roles are in security-sensitive operations where security vetting under the Protective Security Act and Swedish citizenship may be required.
